Hesa Technology focuses on Rural Commerce. During Elevate, we were a self-made startup with a revenue of about 4 Crores, providing only financial services. Since then, we've expanded our services to include Agro-based businesses, Consumer brands, and NGOs.Elevate was super helpful in the sense that it provided us with market insights and helped us connect with the Startup Eco-System. Presently, our services span across 5 states, generating a monthly revenue of approximately 100 Crores. Moreover, we've secured 40 Crores in funding from investors and amassed a customer base of around 20 lakhs.

When we participated in Elevate, we were a pre-revenue Startup with only an RnD team. Participating in Elevate helped us in getting in touch with the market. The concrete feedback given by the Investors led us to give more attention to our customer base and product. Currently we’re working on 4 new products and a service to cater to the requirements of the Operational Technology Cyber Security space. Each product is now more efficient, designed to solve different problems of a customer. Elevate pushed us to be more customer-oriented and the new products and services are the step in the right direction.

Elevate 2023 Provided us with an opportunity to pitch and discuss our product with the investor community and also get valuable feedback to ensure we head in the right track. It helped us network with other technology startup founders thereby opening up avenues of collaboration. We have kept in touch with the investors and built a good relationship with E-Cell IIT Madras. After Elevate we also won SAMRIDHI 2.0, iHub-AwaDH event and Featured in the Innovation Start-up Showcase in the Bengaluru Tech Summit 2023 (BTS 2023). Right now we are developing a full stack electric mobility technology, targeting the 2 wheeler space, which aims at revolutionizing electric scooters for gig workers.

We participated and won Elevate in 2023. Multiple VCs showed interest in working with us but we declined the offers. We have maintained good relations with the VCs and other industry professionals that we met at the event. The team at E-cell was great and we enjoyed the thorough screening process. We now work in the sustainability domain and provide solutions to work towards India’s goals of sustainable development. We believe that Elevate is a great platform for the startups in ideation and fundraising stage. Young entrepreneurs need to validate their ideas and this competition is a good place to start.

Amigo used to be a mental healthcare app, aimed at engaging clients in between therapy sessions, thereby increasing the efficacy and preventing the drop offs that happen in therapy post the first 1-2 sessions. We have now pivoted to working on our new venture Xylem, a managed LLM deployment and inferencing platform. We participated in the year 2022 it was during times of covid, so the event was virtual, but I still remember the amount of prep needed even thought it was online. The event did help us get to refine our story-telling skills/pitch, scale the team a bit with interns and also access to industry leaders to understand how to scale it up. We did have a couple of VCs reach out post the event.

When we participated in Elevate, we were just starting out. We operated in 3 cities without any funding. Since Elevate, we have expanded to over 38 cities, helping more than 15k families, and have become cash flow positive.Since being bootstrapped was always the plan, events like Elevate helped us succeed. Although the event was some time ago, we remember it as a pleasant experience. We've also stayed in contact with our co-winners, another healthcare startup, which is a plus!

When we participated in Elevate, we were pre-revenue and engaged in numerous competitions to test our product and pitch. Following our win at Elevate, we progressed to the final rounds of auditions for Shark Tank.Currently, we are profitable, with a revenue of 1.5 crores. Despite Elevate being an online event, we continue to converse with our mentors. We eagerly anticipate an offline Elevate where startups can interact face-to-face with investors and fellow participants.
